Our Method

How Every Programme Works

01

Pre-distributed Reading

Materials for each session are sent to participants in advance. Participants arrive having read, not waiting to be told.

02

Small-Group Discussion

Sessions are structured discussions, not lectures. The facilitator guides the conversation; participants contribute questions, observations, and interpretations.

03

Take-Home Materials

Each participant receives printed materials to keep — binders, vocabulary cards, summary sheets — designed as lasting references, not disposable handouts.

04

No Advice, No Referrals

No Tarrith session includes product recommendations, referrals, or individual advice. This is a firm programme standard, not a disclaimer.

Pre-Retirement Reading Programme

Programme 1 · 12 Weeks · S$650

Pre-Retirement Reading Programme

A twelve-week reading programme for adults aged 50 to 60 who want a thorough, unhurried introduction to the vocabulary of pre-retirement household planning in Singapore. Each week covers a single chapter — household cashflow reshaping, the structure of CPF Life payouts, the SRS framework, drawdown vocabulary, household conversations, document organisation, charitable giving language, intergenerational dialogue, and related topics.

The programme is reading-led: each chapter is distributed in advance, and the cohort meets weekly in a small group of twelve to discuss the reading. No advice is offered and no product recommendations are made. The programme is purely educational.

What Is Included

  • Twelve weekly discussion sessions (cohort of 12)
  • Clothbound reading binder with all twelve chapters
  • Weekly summary cards
  • Private cohort discussion notebook (copy for each participant)
  • Refreshments at each session

Programme 2 · Weekend Workshop · S$190

Family Money Meetings Workshop

A weekend workshop on the practical conduct of family money meetings — preparing an agenda, managing turn-taking across multiple generations, documenting what was discussed, and following up between meetings. Participants work through structured meeting simulations in small groups of six to ten.

The workshop is educational; no advice is offered. It focuses on process and structure — how to run the conversation — not on what financial decisions to make. The follow-up reflection circle meets quarterly to support ongoing practice.

What Is Included

  • Full weekend workshop (cohort of 6–10)
  • Structured meeting simulation exercises
  • Printed meeting playbook
  • Agenda templates (printed and digital formats)
  • Quarterly follow-up reflection circle

Singapore Savings Schemes Reading Group

Programme 3 · 3 Sessions · S$310

Singapore Savings Schemes Reading Group

A three-session reading group that introduces participants to the structure of the Singapore Savings Bond programme, the SRS framework, and the public-sector annuity landscape — using publicly available scheme documentation. The group is reading-led; sessions consist of guided discussion of pre-distributed material.

The cohort meets weekly across three weeks in a small format of fourteen participants. Educational in scope; no product recommendations are offered. Participants leave with a working vocabulary for the schemes covered and a reference binder to consult independently.

What Is Included

  • Three weekly discussion sessions (cohort of 14)
  • Printed reference binder (SSB, SRS, annuity landscape)
  • Vocabulary cards for scheme terminology
  • Small reflection circle at programme close
  • Refreshments at each session

Regulatory Clarity

Tarrith's programmes are educational. We operate outside the scope of regulated financial advice, and programme content is reviewed to maintain that boundary.

Source Transparency

Every factual claim in our reading materials is sourced from publicly available official documentation. Sources are listed in each binder's reference section.

Currency of Materials

Programme reading packs are reviewed and updated when referenced schemes change their publicly available documentation or structure.

Participant Feedback

Each cohort provides written feedback at programme close. Results are reviewed internally and used to improve session structure and materials.
