What Tarrith Offers
Facilitated by Adult Educators
Our team comes from adult literacy and continuing education backgrounds — not from financial sales. They know how to run a good discussion, not how to close a deal.
Reading-Led, Not Lecture-Led
Materials go out in advance. When the cohort meets, participants arrive having read. Sessions are for discussion, not for being told what to think.
Singapore Context Only
Every programme draws exclusively on Singapore-specific public documentation. No generic international content is used; what participants read applies directly to their situation.
No Commercial Element
Tarrith has no affiliated products or referral arrangements. Facilitators are instructed not to recommend any institution or product. This is a firm programme policy.
Printed Materials Included
Each programme includes a clothbound or printed binder, vocabulary cards, and summary sheets that participants keep. These are reference materials, not brochures.
Transparent, Fixed Pricing
Programme fees are published. What you pay covers everything — sessions, materials, refreshments. There are no add-ons or upsell offers during the programme.
In Depth
How Each Advantage Plays Out in Practice
Facilitation Expertise
Our facilitators have spent years in adult continuing education contexts — community learning centres, workplace reading programmes, and civic literacy initiatives. They bring structured discussion methodology, not product knowledge.
Peer Learning Model
Adults learn well alongside peers who are navigating the same material. A fellow participant's question often illuminates more than a facilitator's explanation. We build cohorts that make this possible.
Considered Value
Our fees are set to reflect the true cost of small-group facilitation with printed materials — not inflated by referral incentives or discounted as a lead-generation exercise. What is listed is what you pay.
Responsive Enquiry Handling
All programme enquiries receive a response within two working days. We aim to answer specific questions about programme content and suitability before enrolment, not after.
How We Differ
Tarrith vs Typical Alternatives
Adults seeking to understand household financial vocabulary in Singapore typically encounter one of three formats: seminars with product recommendations, online courses with no discussion, or one-to-one appointments with advisers. Tarrith is none of these.

What You Will Not Find Elsewhere
The Clothbound Reading Binder
Pre-Retirement Reading Programme participants receive a clothbound binder containing all twelve weekly chapters. It is designed to sit on a shelf and be returned to — not to be discarded after the programme ends.
Quarterly Reflection Circles
The Family Money Meetings Workshop includes a follow-up reflection circle that meets quarterly. Programme completion is not the end — it is the beginning of an ongoing practice.
The Private Cohort Discussion Notebook
Each Pre-Retirement cohort receives a shared discussion notebook — a record of what the group discussed, questions raised, and themes that emerged. Each participant receives a copy at programme close.
Vocabulary Cards
Each programme includes a set of printed vocabulary cards defining the key terms covered. These are designed as desk references — plain, durable, and genuinely useful outside the classroom context.
